Hello and welcome to SpringButiken!
We are Bahar and Murat – a married couple with a great love for animals, recycling, and small details that make everyday life both more pleasant and more sustainable.
SpringButiken was born from a simple idea: that pet products can have a longer life if someone takes care of them with care.
Here you will find second-hand products for dogs and cats that we clean, check and prepare carefully before they move on to a new home. For us, second-hand is not just about buying used items - it's about making smart choices, reducing unnecessary waste and at the same time giving our four-legged friends clean, safe and nice things to use every day.
Over time, SpringButiken has grown to become more than just an ordinary second-hand shop.
Today, we also work with repairs, upcycling and handmade products. Old fabrics, curtains, blankets and other materials are given new life as, for example, dog beds, cat toys, tipis, snuffle mats and other small creations for four-legged friends.
Many of our handmade products are created in our small RE'pair Studio - a place where we repair, alter, test, unpick and start again until it feels just right.
The wonderful thing is that all of this started very simply. I, Bahar, learned to sew properly during an intensive month, precisely so that I could create more with my own hands for SpringButiken. There were many attempts, many mistakes and many late nights at the sewing machine - but also the beginning of a whole new part of our shop.
Every item in SpringButiken carries a small story.
Some are carefully cleaned and checked.
Some are repaired with visible stitches.
Some are re-sewn from something forgotten into something new, soft, and useful.
For us, it's important that every item feels safe, clean, and well-considered before it's sent on its way. We want you, as a customer, to feel that someone has already done the meticulous work for you – washed, checked, repaired, and thought through the details.
SpringButiken is not just a shop. It's our way of combining animal love, sustainability, creativity, and care – one paw at a time. A warm welcome to our little world of second-hand, repairs, and handmade products for four-legged friends.
