Reversible Cosy Bed — Dog

This handmade bed has been given a whole new lease of life using:

♻️ Upcycled IKEA curtain fabric

♻️ Drawstrings from an upcycled sweatshirt What’s more, the bed is reversible – one side is calm and stylish, the other colourful and playful. Two different looks in one and the same bed. ✨ This design actually came about after a video I watched the evening before I started sewing. In it, I saw an older dog who seemed to appreciate a bed with a more open entrance. That image stuck with me and inspired me to create a design with a wide, easily accessible opening – whilst the soft edges provide a cosy and secure feeling. 📏 Dimensions

🛏️ With the sides unfolded: 80 × 80 cm 🐶 Suitable for many small and medium-sized dog breeds, such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, Maltese, Havanese, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Cocker Spaniels. 🐱 Spacious enough for 2–3 cats who love to snuggle up together. 🏡 And I love products that can serve multiple purposes. If the bed is no longer used by a four-legged friend, it can continue to bring joy as a soft floor cushion in a child’s bedroom – perfect for reading, playing or a cosy moment on the floor.
