1. General information
These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products from SpringButiken (org.nr: 8410316247), an e-commerce platform for second-hand pet accessories.
2. Agreements
A contract is concluded when you have made a purchase and received an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspicion of inaccuracy.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the country or market you have selected: Swedish kronor (SEK) for Sweden, Danish kroner (DKK) for Denmark, Norwegian kroner (NOK) for Norway, and euro (EUR) for Finland and the other EU countries. All prices include VAT. For orders to Norway, see the section on Norwegian VAT (MVA) below. Payment is handled by Stripe, which supports cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
4. Delivery
We deliver to 20 countries in Europe. The countries currently open are always shown at checkout.
- Sweden: shipping 59 SEK, free over 600 SEK, delivery 1–2 working days.
- Denmark: shipping 79 DKK, free over 680 DKK, delivery 1–3 working days.
- Finland: shipping 11 EUR, free over 90 EUR, delivery 1–3 working days.
- Norway: shipping 160 NOK, free over 1,000 NOK, delivery about 4 working days. See the Norway section below.
- Rest of the EU (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Spain): shipping 13 EUR, free over 90 EUR, delivery 1–3 working days.
If a delivery is delayed we will tell you as soon as we can.
5. Right of cancellation
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you received the goods. The product must be in substantially unchanged condition. Please note that second-hand products may have minor signs of use.
6. Complaints
All products are carefully checked before sale. In case of defects or damage, contact us within a reasonable time for complaints under the Consumer Purchase Act.
7. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
8. Disputes
Swedish law applies to this agreement. In the event of disputes, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the general court.

9. Gift vouchers
Cancelling a gift voucher (under the Distance Contracts Act): Gift vouchers carry a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of purchase. If the voucher has not been used, you can request a full refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase.
Returning items paid for with a gift voucher: When items paid for with a gift voucher are returned within 14 days, the following applies:
- If only a gift voucher was used: a new voucher is issued for the refunded amount.
- If a gift voucher was combined with another payment method: a new voucher is issued for the voucher portion, and the remainder is refunded to the original payment method.
Gift voucher terms:
- Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The full balance must be used in a single order.
- The code can only be used once.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Norway – VAT (MVA), customs and delivery
SpringButiken is registered in Norway's VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce). This means that 25% Norwegian VAT (MVA) is calculated and collected at checkout, while no Swedish VAT is charged (the sale is an export, 0% Swedish VAT).
The price you pay at checkout therefore includes all Norwegian MVA. Delivery is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means SpringButiken declares and pays the Norwegian MVA to Skatteetaten. No additional VAT, customs duties or handling fees are added when your parcel is delivered.
The VOEC scheme only covers goods with a value below 3,000 NOK per item. We therefore cannot ship individual items valued above 3,000 NOK to Norway. Shipping to Norway costs 160 NOK and is free on orders above 1,000 NOK.
