1. General information
These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products from SpringButiken (org.nr: 8410316247), an e-commerce platform for second-hand pet accessories.
2. Agreements
A contract is concluded when you have made a purchase and received an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspicion of inaccuracy.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency matching your selected country/market: Swedish kronor (SEK) for Sweden, euro (EUR) for Finland and other EU countries, and Danish kroner (DKK) for Denmark. All prices include VAT. We accept payment via Stripe (card and digital payment methods).
4. Delivery
We deliver to all 27 EU member states. Delivery times vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method:
- Sweden: Standard shipping 59 SEK (free over 800 SEK), delivery 1-2 business days.
- Denmark: Standard shipping 79 DKK (free over 680 DKK), delivery 1-3 business days.
- Finland: Standard shipping 11 EUR (free over 90 EUR), delivery 1-3 business days.
- Rest of EU: Standard shipping 13 EUR (free over 90 EUR), delivery 3-7 business days.
In the event of delays, we will inform you immediately.
5. Right of cancellation
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you received the goods. The product must be in substantially unchanged condition. Please note that second-hand products may have minor signs of use.
6 Complaints
All products are carefully checked before sale. In case of defects or damage, contact us within a reasonable time for complaints under the Consumer Purchase Act.
7. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
8. Disputes
Swedish law applies to this agreement. In the event of disputes, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the general court.

9. Gift vouchers
Repurchase of gift vouchers (under the Distance Contracts Act): Gift vouchers as products are subject to a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase. If the gift voucher has not been used, you can request a full refund within 14 days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Repurchase of purchases made with gift cards: When repurchasing goods purchased with a gift card, within 14 days according to the Consumer Purchase Act, the following applies: - If only gift cards were used: A new gift card is issued corresponding to the repurchase amount; - If gift cards were combined with another payment method: A new gift card is issued for the gift card portion, and the excess is refunded to the original payment method.
Gift card terms and conditions: - Validity: 1 year from date of purchase - Full balance must be used on one occasion - Code can only be used once - Cannot be redeemed for cash - In case of problems, please contact vovve@springbutiken.com
