General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These general terms and conditions of purchase (the “Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer and natural person, place an order with SpringButiken. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms. We recommend that you carefully read the terms before finalizing your purchase.

Payment

All prices at SpringButiken are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25%). Payment is made via the payment options offered at checkout, such as card payment, Swish, or invoice via Klarna. For invoice payments, Klarna's terms apply. No fees are charged for any of our payment methods.

For our international customers, prices are stated in EUR, DKK, or NOK depending on the country and always include local VAT where applicable. We strive to offer smooth and locally adapted payment solutions.

Delivery and Shipping

Products are delivered directly to the shipping address you provided during your order. We always strive for the fastest and most sustainable delivery options.

• Sweden: Standard shipping costs 59 SEK and is free on orders over 800 SEK. Delivery takes 1-2 business days. Pickup in Stockholm is also available (free, 1 business day).
• Denmark: Shipping costs 79 DKK, free on orders over 680 DKK. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
• Finland: Shipping costs 11 EUR, free on orders over 90 EUR. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
• Rest of EU (27 member states): Shipping costs 13 EUR, free on orders over 90 EUR. Delivery takes 3-7 business days. This includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

You have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you received your item. To exercise this right, the product must be in substantially unchanged condition. SpringButiken covers the return shipping costs, so you do not have to worry about extra expenses. A refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your return.
